Advocating for neutral mediation since 1990
Since 1990, Timothy M. Younger, Esq. has represented individuals, companies and carriers in labor and employment law matters, general business litigation, product liability and personal injury matters. He has lectured on various employment topics, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment and retaliation, on both a local and national level. Mr. Younger has litigated hundreds of cases, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in wrongful termination, sexual harassment, rape, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues (including class action cases), breach of contract, product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, slip and falls, and business-to-business disputes. Given his well balanced career, Mr. Younger is qualified uniquely to serve as a neutral in mediating sensitive employment, business related, and personal injury cases, using a variety of time tested techniques and non-monetary tools.
Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants over his career, including professional athletes, Mr. Younger has a deep appreciation for the various litigation strategies, precedent setting concerns, and emotional factors which affect both sides in a dispute, and this experience assists him with helping parties reach resolution, efficiently and effectively.
